Return/Exchange and refund instructions


1. Unable to apply for refund/exchange
Return/exchange must be made within the time limit. The products and packaging must be completed. If the following requirement cannot be done, we apologize that we cannot refund/exchange.

  • Has been more than seven days of appreciation. (The appraisal period is not the trial period, please keep the product intact)
  • Commodities (including event gifts) have been unpacked or soiled, man-made, etc.
  • Returned merchandise must be in a new state and fully packaged (including outer packaging, gifts, etc.) without partial return.
  • The event giveaway is not returned with the item purchased.

※Precautions

  • Once the product has been unpacked, it cannot be returned. Please purchase it at your discretion. If you have not used the Vigor Spring oral care series, it is recommended to purchase a small-capacity product experience.
  • Product invoices and discount orders will be sent at the same time as the goods. If you want to return the goods, you must fill in the discount order form and return the goods with invoice and discount order form before returning the goods. If it is a triple-invoice form, you must Fill in the name of the company.


2. If you receive a defective or wrong item
The following conditions can be refunded/exchanged, and the company will replace you with new products.
Please call the customer service department at 0809-090-868 for the 7-day appreciation period (from the date of receipt of the goods), and the customer service staff will handle it for you.

  • Damage the goods during transportation.
  • The received item does not match the order item.
  • Damage caused by poor quality of goods or other non-consumer errors.

3. Shipping fee for return/exchange

  • Free shipping for reimbursement/replacement within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • If you are personal, you can only apply for a replacement once.
  • Refund/exchange will not be accepted for more than 7 days of appreciation.

4.Refund time after return
It takes about 3-7 working days for the product to return to the Vigor Spring (excluding the holiday). After receiving the goods, we will confirm whether the product is correct and no damage, and whether the invoice and the discount order form are attached. We will begin relevant refund process, the refund operation time is about 7-10 working days (excluding the holiday).
